AI Developer

We build AI-native software that helps sales teams actually sell better — not dashboards they ignore or another CRM tab. We capture customer conversations, extract what matters, and turn it into action. We're hiring an AI Developer to own the intelligence layer: the prompts, pipelines, and LLM systems that turn every call into structured revenue data.

Tech stack: .NET (C#), React (TypeScript), Azure, PostgreSQL, LLM integrations (Claude and others), REST APIs, CRM integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and build the AI pipelines that process, analyze, and structure customer conversations end to end.
• Own prompt engineering and evaluation — write, test, and iterate the prompts that decide what “matters” in a call, and build the evals that keep them honest.
• Integrate LLMs into production systems in .NET and TypeScript, with a real eye on latency, cost, and reliability.
• Build the guardrails and retrieval that keep output accurate as models, prompts, and customer data change.
• Work directly with the founders, shape architecture and tooling, and ship to customers in days — not quarters.

Our AI vision

We both build AI products and use AI to build them. Tools like Claude and Cursor are part of daily work. The role is about designing systems, shaping abstractions, and using AI to move faster — without lowering quality. If you ship something, you should be able to explain, defend, and debug it. Speed matters, but quality still comes first.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of professional development experience. We don't care where you went to school, or whether you did. We care that you've built real systems, dealt with real tradeoffs, and shipped under pressure.
• Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs — prompt engineering, retrieval, evals, and wiring models into real products people use every day.
• Strong in at least one of .NET (C#) or TypeScript, and able to move across the stack without waiting for someone else to unblock you.
• Active, daily use of AI development tools. You've already integrated this into how you work, and you have opinions about where these tools are good, bad, and still finding their edges.
• Comfort in the messy middle of a growing startup — pragmatic tradeoffs and decisions made without perfect information should energise you, not stress you.
• Based in Malmö or willing to relocate. We have fun in the office :)
